The Center for Psychological Studies (CPS), incorporated as the Graduate School of Human Behavior, was a private institution of higher learning authorized by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (formerly constituted as the Bureau for Private Post-Secondary and Vocational Education). CPS offered a Master’s degree in Psychology, along with Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Organizational Psychology. During its years of operation (1980 – 2016), the school was in compliance with state standards set for in the California Education code #94909.
